November is Osteoporosis Month

We can offer a pre-screening to assess your risk of developing bone loss and eventually Osteoporosis.

If you have bone loss, we can assist you with exercises and education to help reduce the progression of your bone loss.

Tai Chi for Osteoporosis is a gentle form of Tai Chi which specifically targets the issues of bone loss and Osteoporosis.

Walking is another great activity to help with keeping your bones strong.  Weight shifting from one leg to the other is why walking, as well as Tai Chi, can help.

We are offering Tai Chi for Osteoporosis classes in January 2017. Registration starts January 3rd.
